Ramada Addis, Addis Ababa Hotel

The hotel has an excellent location, making it easy to access various attractions in Addis Ababa.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room did not function properly and left me quite uncomfortable .

Had lovely stay with GOOD service from the hotel staff. The property had a perfect location so close to St George Church. There was a good restaurant, a supermarket and shops next door.

Appreciated its supper friendly and affable staff.

The breakfast selection was delicious and good with many international as well as local foods to choose from. The room I booked was nicely furnished and new-fashioned with a bathroom and windows on the highway, as example.

I enjoyed a relaxing 7 nights in a Superior Twin Room, Non-Smoking, where the atmosphere was perfect for unwinding after my meetings. The room service was surprisingly quick and delicious. A huge shoutout to Robel from the wait staff.

the bus stop was 500 metres away. the staff were very helpful, thanks to them everything was lovely. i ate at an outdoor restaurant at the first floor.

The hotel is reasonably clean, nestled in a nice building with an outdoor restaurant. It offers excellent services. Moreover, free Wi-Fi works throughout the property.

First and foremost, I encountered a noisy environment despite being on the top floor, difficult to relax after a day out. The gym was underwhelming, with only one treadmill, and the air conditioning felt weak. These factors left me feeling quite let down during my time there.

Loved the responsive staff and free airport pickup! the restaurant's food options could be better, especially for those observing lent. Plus, the car noise at night was a bit annoying. 😅

I almost gave this place a good review, but the gym was a joke with its one treadmill and the ac was practically non-existent, leaving me gasping for air. And to top it off, no one offered me any sort of complimentary gesture to make it right. Absoluteley unacceptable for a hotel of its 'stature'.

Had a great 1 night in a spacious Superior King Room. The room wasvery comfy and tidy with air conditioning, a minibar, and a tv. Super nice team, fixing my internet issues right away. Room service was quick, and the dinner was surprisingly good!

the staff members are very friendly and helpfu. the ginger tea was inconsistent.
